Lakes Cross Country Summer Schedule

Here is the schedule for Lakes Cross Country. See a coach for a personal
training plan. Unless otherwise noted, we will meet at Lakes High School in the back. We will meet on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9:00 AM. Please check back to see updates, changes, and additions. Summer training and helping with fundraisers is a requirement for Sunfair participation. May 29: Cross Country Meeting May 30: After School runs begin. Meet at 2:30 in coach Clark's room. June 14: Sound To Narrows BBQ @ Coach Clark's June 23: Summer morning runs begin July 6-11: White Pass for some team members. July 19: East/West All Star Race, Lower Woodland Park July 21-25: South Sound Cross Country Camp July 26: Snoqualmie Pass John Wayne Trail Tunnel Run. Aug 2: Tacoma 1/2 Marathon. We will be providing course marshals for this fund-raiser. Aug 23: Garage Sale All team members should participate Aug. 25: Practice Begins, make sure you are cleared through student accounts.
